Prior to founding Evidence & Analytics, she worked as an Analytics Director for an international pharmaceutical market research company, based in Manchester, UK.


She has extensive experience helping global clients with their international marketing strategy using her expertise in segmentation methods, conjoint, MaxDiff, multi-level modelling, brand mapping, and Menu Based Choice.


She has an MSc in Social Research Methods and Statistics from the University of Manchester and an MA in Marketing from the University of Westminster.

He is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience conducting research in public health,  transport industry, energy sector, and business innovation.


His expertise is in modern analytics, such as data mining, predictive modelling, mapping & spatial analysis, randomised trial intervention, and multiple imputaton for missing data.


He did his post graduate training in biotechnological innovation at the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology, and was a visiting fellow at Harvard University.
